About Organized Records

The company was founded in 2003 under MyMRO, LLC on the premise that in today's increasingly complex and busy world, a simple, easy-to-use organizational system for important personal documents would appeal to almost everyone. In 2005 the company merged with Organized Records, Inc.

The following individual's make up the Management and the Advisory Board for the MyPROTM Medical Health Records Organizer, of Organized Records, Inc.:

Kathleen Davidson , BS, MBA, RN, with 21 years health care management experience including: Columbia Good Samaritan Health Systems, San Jose California, and currently Specialty Services Leader/Medical Group Administrator Administration with The Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser

Eunice K. Little , B.S. Health Information Services, M.S. Information Systems Management with over 27 years of health care industry experience including: Director, Medical Record Department, San Jose Medical Center, Vice President, Clinical Support Services UCSF Stanford Healthcare, Director, Health Information Management Services, UCLA Healthcare, and currently Administrative Director, UCSF General Internal Medicine Practices.

Mark Medeiros , M.D. Graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.S. in 1982 and an M.S. in 1984. He then graduated with honors from St. Louis University Medical School in 1988. Dr. Medeiros completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine from The Scottsdale Memorial Family Practice Residency in 1991. He was Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 1991 and attained Fellowship in the American Academy of Family Physicians shortly thereafter. Since then his primary devotion has been his private medical practice. Dr. Medeiros also teaches Family Medicine part-time at The Heuser Family Practice Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Amy Hernandez , Over thirty years health care experience including: Practice Administrator, Cardiology Group of Los Gatos, Practice Mgmt. Administrator & Consultant; Good Samaritan Health Systems; Director of Operations, Good Samaritan Medical Foundation; Practice Mgmt. Specialist & Consultant, Alexian Brothers Hospital; Administrative Services Director, Central Coast Alliance for Health; Senior Training Specialist, Stanford University Hospital

Rod D. Manning , BBA, MBA, with 25 years of financial and health care industry experience including: Area Financial Manager, Diebold, Inc.; Vice President, Voluntary Hospitals of America, Irving, Texas (a diversified health care company/supplier with over 2,400 not-for-profit hospitals and health care organizations); Director, Health Dimensions, Inc., (a multiple hospital system in northern California); Vice President, Sunwest Medical Center, Glendale, Arizona
